Responsibilities

Convey the most important information and drive engagement and/or action through clear messaging and compelling employee-facing communication tactics, including articles, emails, and intranet content Communications Planning

Develop comprehensive plans and communications materials for company leaders and project teams to achieve high-priority communication and business goals

Consult with stakeholders across the company to advise on the best communication channel for the topic and audience.

Participate in frequent and detailed measurement analysis by reporting communications metrics and impact to support continuous learning, data-driven decision making and the identification of best practices

Manage the creation and distribution of communications through a variety of approaches (intranet, email, digital signs, print materials, etc.)

Partner cross-functionally with colleagues and vendors to ensure communications campaigns are executed accurately and on-time

Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Assist with budget items, including opening purchase orders and ensuring vendors are paid correctly and on time
