Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement new ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
Develop and implement complex workflows and automate business processes.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Implement patches, upgrades, and new releases of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Scrum meetings and follow Agile development processes.
Ensure timely updates and proactive communication with management and customers.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing procedures.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Propose and implement enhancements to the ServiceNow platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
3+ years of experience in front-end web development and design.
Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with a current active credential.
ITILv4 certification preferred (ITILv3 would also be considered).
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM, CSM, ITAM, or SPM modules.
