Responsibilities

Assist in managing the THRIVE program, including scheduling classes, coordinating with facilitators, and communicating with parents and participants.

Manage the Music Therapy program by scheduling classes, coordinating with the Music Therapist, and ensuring volunteer coordination.

Provide administrative support by creating session calendars, updating registrations, and assisting with various programs.

Engage with the community in the East Bay by communicating with members, researching local programs, and encouraging fundraising efforts.

Collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and contribute to office organization and events.

Required

Management experience and skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working within the disabled community
