Responsibilities
Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation for a key client.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs, and key ITIL processes.
Collaborate with a talented, multi-disciplined development team in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
Deliver high-quality products to customers by working with other developers, testers, senior staff, and product owners.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other ServiceNow certifications preferred
Experience working with Flow Designer in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)
Practiced experience with data importing and transformation through scripting
Familiarity with Scoped Applications
Experience with REST Integrations
Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, HTML
Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery
Knowledge of current best practices in usability and accessibility
Practical experience utilizing latest web standards and design practices
Ability to create and maintain technical and training documentation
Effective oral and written communication
