Responsibilities
Address customer issues when first-line product support is unable to resolve them.
Support Sales Account Managers in resolving technical problems.
Understand and communicate customer problems to the product engineering team.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and address complaints.
Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Mentor and train Sales Account Managers to ensure effective product support.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve product quality.
Participate in product development meetings to suggest new product or service ideas.
Escalate technical issues to the relevant team.
Stay updated with the latest product enhancements and features.
Assist engineering in preparing service documentation, including technical bulletins, troubleshooting guides, service manuals, parts lists, and retrofit instructions.

Required
Strong technical knowledge; B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
Experience in avionics.
General knowledge of electrical and software systems.
Excellent relationship-building and customer development skills.
Familiarity with Aerospace and Military Environmental Qualification Standards.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions within company capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Excellent analytical, design, time management, written communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to cooperate in a team environment for cross-training and addressing operational issues.
Initiative in learning and adapting work methods to complete tasks on time.
Willingness to travel up to 10%
