Responsibilities

Write and edit internal communications materials, including newsletters, knowledge base posts, announcements

Assist in updating and maintaining the company's intranet platform with relevant content and announcements

Provide general administrative assistance to the internal communications team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence

Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to internal communications metrics, such as email open rates and employee engagement survey results

Handle simple requests independently and support with more complex requests under guidance.

Review and moderate supporting collateral for the internal knowledge base

Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Basic understanding of HTML and web design

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to communications, marketing, business administration, knowledge management, or a related field
