Skilled in managing projects with implementations across large organizations.

Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical specifications, guiding and facilitating the SDLC process.

Managing complex Agile projects at state or federal government agencies.

Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred.
