Responsibilities
Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Define and catalog data sets, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Identify data users and their specific requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop net-new data products.
Lead initial issue response and root cause analysis for technical challenges.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Data Science)
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Technical documentation experience for clear communication
Proficiency in Jira management for efficient project tracking
Strong client delivery and project management skills
Expertise in data management best practices
Preferred
Programming experience with a language (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation
Familiarity with data science models and their applications
