Responsibilities
Consult with clients to identify their travel needs and preferences
Conduct research and provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on client preferences and budget
Utilize online booking systems to secure arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities
Furnish clients with relevant information such as travel advisories and passport requirements
Effectively address and resolve issues like delays or cancellations
Stay informed about current regulations and trends in the travel industry

Required
Preferably, prior experience in customer service or hospitality
