Responsibilities

Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects and solution development;

Generate management-level project documentation for stakeholders;

Ensure the engagement of agile teams and foster a sense of shared responsibility with stakeholders;

Promote agility in different scenarios, ensuring that teams understand and operate according to agile values and principles;

Promote self-organization and growth within the team;

Promote a mindset and practices of continuous improvement for agile teams;

Protect from external interferences and facilitate the resolution of existing problems or impediments for the teams.

Required

Certificação Scrum Master (PSM pela Scrum.org ou CSM pela Scrum Alliance)

Graduação completa em Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas

Conhecimento em Gestão de projetos

Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento de tarefas/acompanhamento do projeto (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)

Conhecimento em técnicas de estimativa, planejamento, priorização, indicadores e dashboards de monitoramento incluindo gráficos como Burndown, Burnup e Velocidade de time

Experiência com os Frameworks Ágeis (Scrum e Kanban)

Conhecimento em ritos e cerimônias ágeis no nível de time (Retrospectiva, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refinamento)
