Responsibilities
Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Product management team to build Proof of Concepts (PoC) using advanced technologies.
Understand and analyze the existing system architecture, perform fit-gap analysis, and work on expanding or modifying systems following SDLC concepts.
Document discovery models and process maps using Enterprise architecture tools, and analyze business and technical requirements for Cloud Platform migration.
Collaborate with clients for technical requirements gathering, evaluate Automation tools for RPA implementation, and assist with Digital Transformation projects.
Create Business Process specifications, technical specifications, and workflows, and analyze the feasibility of existing processes for automation.
Develop Cloud Migration Blueprint, design and configure Cloud Servers, and maintain databases hosted on the Cloud.
Create and maintain supporting documentations such as SRS, PDD, SDD, and work closely with SMEs for process changes and improvements.
Collect and analyze data from Cloud Hosted Applications, evaluate tool feasibility for Cloud and RPA implementation, and create process models and SOPs.
Research BPM, Cloud Tools, and RPA technologies, administer Cloud Control Panel, and prepare training documentation for end-users.
Assist with requirements document preparation for system migration to Cloud, design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation activities.

Required
Experience in building Proof of Concepts (PoC) using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and AI powered platforms
Understanding of system architecture and ability to perform fit-gap analysis
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Ability to analyze and document discovery models and process maps using Enterprise architecture tools
Detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Google Cloud Platform
Experience in technical requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Experience with Automation tools such as Uipath or Automation Anywhere
Experience with ERP systems and Cloud Based Solutions
Knowledge of UI/UX technologies such as JSP, XML, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, JavaScript
Experience in creating Business Process specifications, business process modeling, technical specifications, and workflows
Ability to analyze the feasibility of existing processes for automation
Experience in Continuous Integration of tools for day-to-day operations
Experience in Database Content creation and maintenance
Experience in creating and maintaining Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Process Definition Document (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD)
Ability to work closely with SMEs to make changes in developed processes
Experience in data analysis and suggesting improvements for business processes
Experience in creating process models and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Research skills in BPM, Cloud Tools, and RPA technologies
Experience in software data modeling for portfolio risk and regulatory analyses
Experience in administering Cloud Control Panel and providing end-user training
Experience in preparing requirements document for migrating to Cloud and enhancing Cloud Systems
Experience in configuration, testing, and implementation activities
