Responsibilities
Create and adhere to a comprehensive Task Order Management Plan detailing technical strategies, organizational resources, and management controls.
Deliver all technical and functional activities essential for comprehensive program management as outlined in the SOW.
Effectively manage the Task Order to fulfill quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Engage in a 20-working day 'Ramp Up' period to transition responsibilities and maintain work standards.
Provide a Ramp Down Plan for an orderly transition of tasks to a successor contractor if required.

Required
Proven expertise and extensive experience in implementing advanced productivity and management methodologies including quality assurance, configuration management, security management, and resource management
Experience in managing tasks to fulfill quality, cost, and schedule requirements
Demonstrated expertise, experience, and necessary resources to manage and execute tasks effectively
Ability to create and adhere to a comprehensive Task Order Management Plan
Submission of monthly status reports detailing ongoing quality assurance, configuration management, and security management efforts
Experience in using Microsoft Project or similar tools for task management
Ability to deliver technical and functional activities essential for program management
Experience in providing centralized administrative support including clerical services and technical writing
Engagement in a 20-working day 'Ramp Up' period to shadow current staff and gradually assume contract responsibilities
Preparation of a Ramp Down Plan for an orderly transition of tasks to a successor contractor
