Senior Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities
Partner with customers to help them succeed using the ChannelEngine platform.
Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Work closely with customers to develop their success plans and guide them to achieve their growth plans and key milestones.
Collaborate with different departments within ChannelEngine to relay customer feedback and ensure their needs are understood.
Analyze customer data and proactively advise customers based on it to help drive their growth.
Use ecommerce knowledge and strategic thinking to ensure customers succeed on multiple marketplaces.

Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as Marketplace or Ecommerce manager, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
Experience managing enterprise level key accounts/customers
Key focus on growing portfolio ARR
Experience working with ecommerce or marketplaces
Strategic, data-driven mindset to help customers with their success planning
Great communication and interpersonal skills in English
Currently living in (or close to) New York or Toronto
Preferred
Proficiency in other languages
