Driving our Overall Marketing Strategy
Conducting Market Research and Synthesizing into Actionable Insights
Leading Partner Co-Marketing Efforts (webinars, white papers, etc.)
Managing and Growing our Social Media Presence
Content Creation Including: Case Studies and Customer Testimonials, Press Releases, Blog Posts, AidKit Newsletter, Sales Collateral, Thought Leadership Content, Product Marketing Material
Creating Visual Designs for Content and/or Managing Subcontractors to Execute
Maintaining and Updating the AidKit Website
Conference and Awards Management

Required
Experienced in brand and/or product marketing, with 7+ years of progressive functional leadership experience.
Tech-enabled, with a deep understanding of AI, ML and advanced analytics and reporting platforms as well as more traditional marketing and asset creation tools like HubSpot, Figma, InVision, Webflow, Adobe, etc.
Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability.
Deeply caring about the mission of direct aid and supporting anyone who needs help, no matter where they come from.
An excellent communicator, both in spoken and written form.
Comfortable with design, a keen eye for aesthetic details who can manage limited graphic design tasks in house and oversee a third-party design contractor as needed.
Data-driven - you will be asked to set clear KPIs and report regularly against them.
