Responsibilities
Effectively draft memos, reports and documents and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, change orders, and other project-related records. Analyze documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
Support the Project Manager and the project team in scheduling, planning, and cost monitoring.
Work closely with TC Electric's functional areas: estimating, field operations, cost control and quality management.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, monitor subcontractor performance, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project.
Help develop and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and proactively identify and address potential delays or scheduling conflicts. Utilize critical thinking skills to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of change orders.
Review amplified drawings for changes and clarifications.
Willingness to grow, learn and take on more responsibility.
Meet with members of the Owner's team to administer day-to-day activities such as planning access and preparing work plans.
Perform any other duties as required.
Full time on-site required

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management and/or equivalent experience in Project Management.
Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Solid analytical skills.
Effective time management skills.
Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to progressively take on more responsibility.
Preferred
PE, PMP, or CCM desirable but not required
