Responsibilities
Develop and execute Niche's event and conference strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze the impact of events and conferences
Manage the events and conferences budget and ensure clear tracking
Lead the strategic planning for future events and conferences, aligning with business objectives
Oversee the execution of virtual and in-person events, providing optimization recommendations
Identify and propose new event opportunities to support business objectives

Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
5+ years of relevant work experience in event marketing, including in-person and virtual events
Experience developing advocacy marketing programs and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders
Previous experience leading and delegating across teams
Relentless work ethic - eager to solve one problem and move on to the next
Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable both driving and executing on marketing strategies
Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in the education industry is a plus but not required
