Responsibilities
Efficiently handle a wide range of administrative tasks including ad-hoc projects
Prepare and edit various correspondences and communications
Run errands such as bank deposits and documents for signatures
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, events, and travel arrangements
Break things down into discreet, specific steps for others
Organize and attend governing board meetings to take, edit, and manage meeting minutes and support materials
Function as a project coordinator or assistant working on tasks ranging from human resources, academics, governance and compliance and more based on the direction of the CEO
Coordinating schedules as well as freeing up executive time from everyday tasks that need to be done but don’t have an assigned person
Some travel to Phoenix

Required
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role or as an EA.
Exceptional reasoning, writing, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills – if you don’t consider yourself organized and don’t have people frequently commenting on how detail-oriented and organized you are, this is not the position for you
Strong people skills and an ability to positively represent the organization
Ability to prioritize and clarify ambiguous goals and projects
Capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of others
Follows through on matters in a consistent and timely manner
Loves helping others and acting in a support role
Enjoys managing many unrelated projects simultaneously
Extremely flexible and able to prioritize and triage a steady stream of new to-dos
Great computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
