Sr. Designer/Art Director, Integrated Marketing Communications

Responsibilities
Strong ability to conceive and execute big ideas that challenge convention and norms and translate across marketing communications.
Translate brand positioning and visual identities into compelling campaigns, assets, and activations for global and local use.
Deliver global guides and high-res assets on time for print and digital use.
Provide creative direction for lifestyle and product photography shoots.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain ownership of work from concept to delivery.

Required
5-7 years minimum in Graphic Design or similar field
Design Firm/Agency Experience as strongly preferred
Experience with large-scale, global brands strongly preferred
Branding, graphic design experience required
Digital and Social experience preferred
Excellent computer skills Adobe Suite, and all relevant software tied to graphic design, and content creation
Preferred
Experience, Knowledge, Skills Required
Experience in developing brand campaigns that are shopper targeted and that span across multiple touchpoints
