Responsibilities
Ensuring the upkeep of buildings, grounds, equipment, and supplies to meet operational standards.
Supervising and coordinating overall administrative activities to optimize efficiency.
Skillfully negotiating, analyzing, and reviewing contracts for equipment, supplies, and services.
Managing rental apartments, including tracking insurance, overseeing utility services, and facilitating contract renewals.
Overseeing the acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services.
Coordinating a diverse array of support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required
Bachelor's degree in administrative professions or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or generalist capacity.
