Responsibilities
Collaborate with requirements and business analysts, client, IT developers, and engineers to develop complex test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
Evaluate and design testing procedures, conduct user testing, and verify fixes to ensure software meets quality standards.
Prepare complex data sets, conduct testing of features, and document testing results according to procedures.
Identify risks, communicate risks to clients and PMO, and recommend quality improvements.
Manage workload, communicate progress, and function as a liaison between IT, Requirement’s analyst, client, and users.
Develop requirements, API design documents, business needs statements, and reports, among other duties as assigned.

Required
5+ years of analysis, evaluation and user needs identification and quality assurance experience and skills to convert the needs and software requirements into Quality assurance and testing plans, test cases to release bug and error free software.
1+ years of experience leading automation scripting, complex data driven testing workstreams and conducting API testing.
1+ years of experience leading testing activities including some technical API and data driven systems testing is a plus.
Experience in automation testing and UFT VB Scripting
Must have problem solving and consultant type skills to recognize, analyze, and respond to business and technical problems.
Must have excellent written, verbal, and developing training content communications skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision of day-to-day tasks
Preferred
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders related to integration management, risk management is a big plus.
