Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to monitor and analyze forecasts

Assist in creating customized analytics to assess profitability of businesses and products

Provide financial insights and analysis to identify risks and opportunities

Compile, reconcile, and review financial results against budget/forecast

Prepare financial reports for budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes

Track site performance against forecasts

Support capital expenditure approval process

Assist in preparing presentations for senior management

Drive continuous improvement projects

Develop and improve standard processes and procedures

Provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance

Drive consistent reporting and tracking of productivity

Participate in departmental projects

OneStream experience required

Accounting and finance knowledge

Ability to manage and analyze large data sets, advanced Excel skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements

Skill and experience working with mathematical concepts in preparing reports and spreadsheets

Proficient financial modeling, analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid business acumen

A strong work ethic and personal accountability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivation and direction, strong initiative and the ability to work independently

Outstanding organization and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Professional manner and strong ethical code

Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or finance required

Minimum 3-5 of experience as a financial analyst required

Knowledge of US GAAP

Strong financial and data analysis skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Good verbal and written communication skills combined with interpersonal skills

Preferred

PowerBi, SAP, and BW4Hana experience preferred

Manufacturing experience preferred
