Responsibilities

Administration, coordination, and execution of Supplier Quality Operations processes, including but not limited to Customer Complaints, Recalls, and Change Notifications.
Work cross-functionally with various departments, including the Commercial Sales Team, Portfolio Management, Distribution Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Facilitate the quarantine, containment, recall, and disposition of products, including those that may be sensitive in nature due to Regulatory or legal reasons.
Support the Portfolio Management team by coordinating the investigation of quality issues with suppliers.
Gather and provide data analysis in support of Supplier Product Quality and Portfolio Management objectives.
Create and revise procedures and work instructions.
Grow expertise in ISO, 21 CFR, and/or FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to be able to recommend and implement process improvements.
Support internal audits of the Quality Management System.
Participate in continuous improvement of core processes, using Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
Complete other duties, as assigned.

Required

Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check to include drug screening.
Bachelor's Degree - Technical or related field required
2+ years relatable experience, preferred
Experience working with suppliers, preferred
Experience working with Smartsheet, preferred
Experience working in an ISO 9001 (or 13485, a plus) and/or FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment, preferred
Organized and works with a sense of urgency.
Attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
Basic understanding of quality terms.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Adaptable to working with teams, as well as remotely.
Strong computer skills (Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
