Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Hire or grow internally a junior manager to help lead the team, and mentor their career growth.

Personally write code, review code, and review architecture documents as needed to keep the team moving forward and uplevel other team members.

Partner with tech leads, senior individual contributors, product managers, and designers to plan and deliver features and software.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery in a timely and efficient manner.

Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our systems and infrastructure.
