Responsibilities

Own development and maintenance of our key product metrics. Build scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting tools to democratize data and decision-making.

Independently bring forward actionable insights that improve product performance through deep product and user behavior analysis.

Partner closely with product managers and other team members to develop product hypotheses, design experiments and analyze results.

Pursue collaborations with data engineering to improve data pipelines and optimize our data infrastructure

Scope and lead complex analytical projects with Meraki Data Science and cross-functional partners

Actively foster a data-minded culture within Product Enablement and across Meraki

Be the source of truth on Product Enablement’s data ecosystem and performance analytics

Required

5+ years experience using analytics to drive key business decisions

Successful in applying sophisticated statistical techniques to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions (e.g. trend analysis, funnel analysis, regression analysis)

Highly skilled in SQL; Python proficiency a plus

Proficient in data infrastructure design and building robust data pipelines

Demonstrated data storytelling skills and ability present complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner.

A data enthusiast, with a strong bias towards action and follow-through

Adept at leading complex and cross-functional data projects
