Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive analytics focusing on engagement with Rightway's application.
Work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights and refine data processes.
Use statistical analysis to evaluate clinical management programs.
Contribute to improving analytical infrastructure.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guide standards to junior analysts.
Lead development of analytic frameworks to support strategic initiatives.
Communicate data analysis results effectively to stakeholders.
Identify and qualify AI opportunities and recommend strategies.
Gather and document requirements from clients or business partners.

Required
Expert level of proficiency with SQL.
Proficiency with statistical programming languages (python, R)
Proficiency with relational databases and database structures.
Bachelor's degree in analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience in quantitative analytics and conducting advanced analytic modeling for large datasets (preferably in the healthcare space).
Experience working with data and analytics services within cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Understanding of AI, Generative-AI and Machine Learning frameworks and its application in LLMs, NLP, Forecasting and other AI-driven use cases.
Understanding of responsible AI practice.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements from clients or the business.
Ability to communicate analysis to business partners and clients both in writing and verbally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced with developing memos, and presentations to deliver data and insights to stakeholders and the executive team.
Proven ability to guide standards and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Preferred
Experience working in the health-tech space.
Proficiency with dbt.
Hands-on AWS experience is a plus.
Proven experience with version control.
