Responsibilities

Accurately assess and communicate risk information to gain a competitive advantage for AFM, insureds, and broker partners.

Obtain understanding and agreement on key hazards and exposure impact from insured clients/prospects.

Achieve risk improvement through cost-effective solutions and well-developed account strategies.

Manage change through effective communication with insureds and broker partners.

Cultivate and manage engineering relationships with insureds and broker partners.

Support new business opportunities, including conducting prospect visits.

Develop and manage an engineering resource plan aligned with AFM and insured needs.

Communicate and demonstrate the value-added differential of AFM engineering to insureds, prospects, and broker partners.
