Responsibilities
Source Trade data from various trading platforms, transform it to the business domain model, and load it into the enterprise database
Load collateral VM and IM from collateral management platform to enterprise database
Load market data from various sources into enterprise database
Load static and reference data into enterprise database
Create reports for operational and regulatory reporting functions
Write and refine business requirements
Design expected solutions for the development team to implement
Collaborate with experienced developers to understand system requirements and functionalities
Lead the design and development of new components for the next generation of OTC derivatives solutions
Coordinate quality assurance and testing, including issue tracking and resolution
Partner closely with stakeholders on business priorities, problem statement definition, and project measures of success
Analyze operational processes including flow mapping, root cause analysis, and stakeholder interviews
Contribute to driving an innovative and continuous improvement culture within the integration team
Triage support issues for the product team, identifying them as either bugs or system enhancements

Required
Strong functional knowledge and relevant working experience in Derivatives across different asset classes IRD, FXD, CRD, EQD and Commodities.
Technology/Engineering background (either educationally or experience) and detailed knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Demonstrable knowledge of OTC Derivatives trade lifecycle
Strong SQL and excel skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to articulate complex problems and potential resolutions/solutions
Design, documentation, and solution execution experience with the ability to address identified business problems and help execute on with product managers for launches of new products.
Data analysis skills and ability to review technical specifications and large complex datasets (Structured Query Language (SQL), fpML)
Preferred
Knowing Murex trading platform is a plus
