Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support for continuous improvement initiatives at the plant level
Analyze work systems, develop standards, and make improvements to existing systems
Assess ergonomic factors and design solutions to minimize Repetitive Motion Injuries (RMIs)
Implement Lean engineering tools and review work methods and station designs
Conduct analysis to improve labor utilization, material flow, and capacity planning
Utilize Six Sigma, Lean Techniques, Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Analysis, Continuous Improvement, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and MOST analysis in daily tasks
Provide input for process FMEAs, control plans, and capital expenditure recommendations
Assist in new business launches, conduct time and motion studies, and perform cost-benefit analyses for new technology

Required
Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree)
Six (6) months in the position above, as a Manufacturing Engineer, as an Operations Engineer, or in a related occupation
Experience must include six (6) months’ use of all the following: Six Sigma, Lean Techniques, Value Stream Mapping, Statistical Analysis, Continuous Improvement, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and MOST analysis
Preferred
Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience
