Responsibilities
Conduct all aspects of sales and marketing-related events and campaigns to assure an integrated and optimized presence at events.
Design creative concepts for event related deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
Administer events using email marketing and digital event management programs, and track return on investment.
Administer corporate sponsorships while maximizing sponsor benefits.
Organize, document, and monitor the master events calendar and related files.
Communicate with marketing creative leads and business development for timely planning.
Establish and maintain relationships with association partners.
Research and coordinate presentation proposal opportunities.
Manage exhibit booth selection and reservations for conferences.
Plan and order event-related novelties and marketing collateral.
Process event-related expenses and invoices for payment.
Follow up with sales to collect and document event-sourced sales leads.
Participate in event debriefs to document future event improvements.
Maintain knowledge of events in each state.

Required
Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, liberal arts, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of working experience in a business environment, preferably Architect, Engineering, Construction.
Ability to multi-task and work independently and within a team environment.
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organization, and time-management skills.
Strong initiative and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Eventbrite reservation web application and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability and desire to learn other software tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
