Responsibilities

Assist the Creative Director and Senior Designers in various design tasks, such as developing layouts, templates, resizing or cropping images, retouching, compressing, or converting files across multiple software programs (web/mobile/print).

Work with stakeholders to interpret and transform raw data into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify design requirements, and deliver effective solutions.

Prepare print-ready files and digital files for delivery.

Ensure designs align with client branding guidelines.

Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery.

Address client feedback professionally and make necessary revisions to address requested changes.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Manage design file organization.
