Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify professional cyber security and business leadership organizations & associations, chambers of commerce, cyber & tech Meetup Groups, LinkedIn Groups and Media outlets.

Build and forge relationships with these organizations and associations to ensure their members’ attendance at the Cyber Security Summits and TECHEXPO hiring events resulting in increased event registrations.

Provide support and coordination by sending marketing deliverables to partners.

Review and vet attendee lists for events, ensuring alignment with target audience demographics

Collaborate with internal team on event preparation and onsite event production including but are not limited to setting up the ballroom / exhibit area for the sponsors, assisting clients with setting up their booth spaces, assisting in the registration process of delegates as they arrive, making announcements during the event, assisting with speaker set-up prior to them stepping on stage, setting up any signage & backdrops of our company.

Travel to multiple events throughout the year as directed and assist with pre-event preparation includes assisting with packing, shipping and ordering supplies used for events.
