Responsibilities
Identify and apply instructional design models for effective learning modules
Develop e-Learning courses and training manuals
Collaborate with teams to enhance sales training effectiveness
Track, measure, and analyze content results for improvement
Create assessments to measure training effectiveness
Manage LMS system and coordinate training events
Design job aid materials in print and digital formats
Implement alternative content delivery methods
Organize training events and support Sales Training Manager

Required
5+ years instructional design experience in ILT, VLT, and WBT
Bachelor’s degree with focus on design is preferred
Must have working knowledge of LMS systems
Must have working knowledge of e-Learning software/programs
Demonstrated proficiency in applying instructional systems design principles and methodology
Strong needs analysis skill set
Ability to translate technical/product information into user-friendly material
Preferred experience in sales, technical, and/or customer service
Experience with design tools used in a learning creation environments (PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia)
Positive mindset; flexibility, collaboration, team player, change mindset
Being able to work well in a startup environment with changing projects and fast pace
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under quick deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office focusing on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Preferred
Creative design and/or graphic design desired
