Responsibilities
Independently perform engineering and project management duties on small-to medium-sized projects involving railroad bridges and supporting structures.
Meet client needs from conception to completion.
Process design calculations and assist with developing project scopes and schedules.
Travel to job sites for observation.
Work closely with clients and have prior experience working on Class I Railroad Structures projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Prior experience supporting railroad projects
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Motivated towards project execution and completion
Dependable actions and honest communication in a team environment
Ability to leverage software for modeling, calculation, automation, and rapid drafting
Applicable experience coordinating with other railroad engineering disciplines
Must be a registered Professional Engineer
Preferred
Ideal candidate would have a survey and/or structure design background
Experience in Microstation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu preferred
