Responsibilities
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges.
Develop product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to communicate the value proposition effectively.
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing channel strategy.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
Assist in content creation for team member and customer initiatives, collateral, social media, and promotions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years in product management, with a focus on launching and scaling innovative products. Subscription business experience preferred.
Experience managing vendor and agency relationships, including budget management and campaign oversight.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
Preferred
Familiarity with home services, HVAC, smart home technology, or related fields preferred.
