Responsibilities

Build an understanding of the business to identify and address critical issues

Work with clients to determine business requirements priorities and define key performance indicators (KPI)

Engage business and development teams to design and document dashboards, alerts, and reports

Provide project leadership by facilitating requirements gathering and presenting findings to management

Conduct analysis of functional business processes and requirements, and drive the development of user stories in an Agile Scrum Team

Educate and train clients to use data as an analytical tool and provide guidance to junior-level peers

Limited influence in area of specialization and unit/team

Required

BA/BS Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive experience

5+ Years of Business Data Analyst Experience

Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments

Strong critical thinking & problem-solving competency with the ability to research complex data-oriented problems

Proactive and results-driven with a positive can-do attitude

Excels in a team environment (distributed)

Preferred

Financial principles experience

Agile Product Owner

Strong SQL skills

Proficient in MS Excel and Visio
