Responsibilities
Responsible for development of project scope and fee quotation, and assists in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
Serves as the primary client liaison, manages the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
Leads technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
Partners with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions for business development efforts.
May be responsible for recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff.
Leads and successfully delivers multi-disciplinary projects within budget and schedule.
Develops successors and interfaces with clients on projects.
Completes other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience.
Appropriate professional certification preferred.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master's degree preferred, and 12 years of relevant experience
2 years of successful management of engineering projects
Appropriate certifications including but not limited to: Professional Engineer (PE), American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Project Management Professional (PMP)
