Responsibilities
Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve code quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability and robustness.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve the responsiveness and overall user experience of our applications.
Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and advocate for best practices and coding standards.
DevOps and CI/CD: Collaborate with DevOps to streamline deployment processes and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

Required
5+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on React.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, Context API, etc.).
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Familiarity with front-end performance optimization techniques.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.).
Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
Preferred
Experience with advanced state management libraries (MobX, Recoil, Zustand, etc.).
Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby).
Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Material-UI, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
