Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing, adjusting, and restructuring different aspects of a business.

Work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to optimize efficiency.

Identify and address current and future business needs within existing resources.

Advise on resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Provide constructive criticism for system restructuring and address concerns professionally.

Determine solutions to business software/hardware system problems.

Analyze business processes and write system process specifications.

Work with clients to transform business needs into IT system requirements.

Required

Has extensive experience with Alteryx and QuickBase

Proficient in SQL

Skilled in data management, including handling issues with data pipelines in case something goes wrong with an ETL, PFTS, Bot, API, or third-party platform

Is familiar with ticket management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, and can handle tasks like assigning tickets to the right analyst and ensuring they're progressed

Is proactive and takes initiative, doesn't simply wait for tasks to be delegated but is capable of doing their own research, identifying problems, and offering solutions.
