Responsibilities

Set up new DocView users from CA Service Desk.
Provide users with access to DocView reports.
Setting up DocView users, provide user security access to DocView.
Resolve Access issues, security issues for DocView.
Setup reports Indexing, Retention, Moving from test to production.
Maintain the DocView system.
Work with Citrix team to resolve user issues with Citrix.
Work JAVA issues for Content Explorer.
Understanding of the relationships between business activities and application systems.
Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
Ability to work independently while focusing on project details, project delivery, timely delivery, and quality.

Required

3-5 Years in DocView and document management system
Proven experience with DocView and document management
Experience with OpenText APIs
Reduce the manual efforts by automating the recurring tasks using best practices and standards
Responsible for Delivering proof of concepts and innovations for customer value add
Set up new DocView users from CA Service Desk
Provide users with access to DocView reports
Setting up DocView users, provide user security access to DocView
Resolve Access issues, security issues for DocView
Setup reports Indexing, Retention, Moving from test to production
Maintain the DocView system
