Responsibilities

Performs research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to manager or project leader

Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems

Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues effectively

Identifies and implements best practices and suggests improvements to current practices

Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions

Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations

Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics, identifying improvement opportunities

Conducts research and analysis to support business operations

Assists management in resolving business issues

Designs, documents, and re-engineers business processes, publishing business metrics results

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience

Utility player

Great communication and people skills

Very organized and detailed

Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies like excel/word/PowerPoint/Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

Great note taking and tracking, reporting skills

Attitude and aptitude

Desire to learn in the corporate environment

Someone who can capture information and express it well

General understanding of principles in business analysis and process modeling
