Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the team on track including coordinating social giveaway prizes, sample orders, creative tracking, blog content, and newsletters
Act as project lead for the Is This Normal blog by maintaining content, sourcing writers, and leading internal brainstorms
Participate in local and digital events by managing invitations, engaging with the community, and aiding in set up/breakdown for sampling opportunities
Schedule and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
Strategically source organic influencers, content creators, and brand partners
Generate marketing reports, highlight key metrics, and provide optimization recommendations
Own Is This Normal blog by writing and publishing posts, optimizing SEO, and executing in WordPress
Manage Is This Normal Facebook group by managing content calendar, writing posts, and coordinating digital events
Identify and build relationships for brand, social, community, and wholesale partnerships
Develop creative project briefs for cross-channel initiatives
Coordinate product photoshoots and assist in post-production
Work with the graphic design team and Brand Manager on creative projects

Required
1-2 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced startup environment
The ability to multitask and easily switch between projects
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong writing skills and communication skills, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep them accountable
A can-do attitude
NY based and able to come into the office regularly and available for weekend/evening event projects on an ad hoc basis
Organized and detail-oriented
A multi-tasker who can embrace change
Collaborative in a team environment and can work independently
Hungry to learn and ready to roll up your sleeves for any given opportunity
Positive, enthusiastic, and excited to shake up the industry
