Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations for both units, including processing paperwork, monitoring financial transactions, preparing contracts, and communicating with various university units.

Provide customer service for faculty, staff, and students, draft professional correspondence, and collaborate on organizing meetings and events.

Serve as key and access coordinator, manage equipment inventories, and support both units with additional administrative duties.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three years of experience providing administrative support.

Excellent communication skills; excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word; ability to respond to and follow through with various requests promptly and accurately; flexibility to adapt to new assignments; a team player who works well with faculty, students.

Previous experience in an academic support office setting, including budgets and working in a multi-tasking environment.
