Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers, including administrators and C-level executives, to maximize the platform's value
Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with existing and new clients, locally and globally
Maintain a customer retention rate exceeding 85% through goal-oriented renewal and expansion strategies
Collaborate with diverse teams to derive insights from customer feedback and provide recommendations for enhancements
Uphold and enhance the company’s engagement, renewal, and expansion practices

Required
3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success/account management roles, with at least 1 year handling enterprise clients
Proficiency in account management and a customer-centric approach
Track record of success in renewal and expansion, surpassing retention targets and identifying growth opportunities
Strong communication skills, adaptable to various audiences from individual consumers to executive teams
Demonstrated leadership through actions, with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Proficient in project management, utilizing data analytics to drive priorities
A collaborative problem solver with a proactive approach
Driven to exceed customer expectations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
Eagerness to expand technical knowledge and skills continuously
Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Zendesk, ChurnZero, and cybersecurity training programs is advantageous
Willingness and ability to work varying hours to support the international customer base
