Responsibilities

Shape the vision/roadmap for products/platforms and steer the squad in delivering features oriented around business impact.

Own the business relationship management of the Deliver organization, supporting Tier 1 Distribution Centers.

Translate business needs into prioritized user stories and ensure value delivery at the squad level.

Balance business value with technical feasibility, prioritize requirements, and optimize delivery efficiency.

Plan resourcing for the squad, define and hit squad Objectives and Key Results.

Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle and interact with other Squads for cross-squad tasks.

Collaborate with partners to establish products' business value and support messaging and outreach.

Lead issue resolution with Network and business partners and support issue resolution with various teams.

Work with vendor management teams for SOWs and POs.

Required

Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes with strong business insight into Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems is required.

Experience as Blue Yonder WMS techno-functional is a must. Need to have done at least two Blue Yonder warehouse implementations.

New way to designing solutions.

Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including waterfall, agile and Scaled Agile.

Demonstrated technical proficiency in supply chain technologies/systems.

Experienced in leading a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up).

Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology).
