Design and develop systems and technical course content.

Use critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify issues, synthesize information, and translate information into training requirements and content.

Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions.

Build partnerships with stakeholders, SMEs, and external vendors.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and resources.

Required

Minimum of five years of experience designing and developing systems and/or technical course content

Must have strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify and frame issues, synthesize information, and translate information into training requirements and content. Attention to detail, including the ability to analyze information from various sources.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SnagIt

Must have experience facilitating Train the Trainer sessions

Must have ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, SMEs, and external vendors

Must have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and resources.
