Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of expertise with the entire ARNG Recruit Sustainment Program.
Includes all aspects of NG Pam 601-2, Director’s Personnel Readiness Overview (DSRO), Vulcan, Request and the RSP training development process.
Assist monitoring Vulcan for potential administrative issues and make every effort to mitigate those issues.
Communicate with National Quality Manager and Regional Managers regarding Ship Rate, Quality Control, Training Pipeline Losses, and other Soldier issues.
Publish Monthly and Weekly Training Pipeline Loss Report, Monthly Disposition Report, Monthly Module Report, RSP Metrics and Manpower Report and miscellaneous report required by the management team.
Monitor Vulcan daily for unresolved Soldier issues.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other duties as assigned.

Required

Proficient in SQL data Base Systems, Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point.
Knowledgeable in Army National Guard enlisted programs and benefits.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized and flexible.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited School is preferred, however an associate degree may be considered along with extensive relevant work experience managing ARNG RSP and related programs at the state and/or national level.
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience.
Possess a current National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) Investigation.
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
Ability to travel 25% - 50%. The expected driving time is less than 50%.
A Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred

Current or former US military service member with honorable discharge is preferred.
Former military experience in recruiting, retention, plans operations and training or all three is preferred.
