Responsibilities

Manage Pharmacy Analytics / Supply Chain software implementations including planning, scheduling meetings, writing reports, and resolving issues.

Guide and assist in resolving complex data issues with customers and recommend necessary resources.

Balance multiple customer priorities, determine task prioritization, and oversee all aspects of new implementations.

Establish project vision, track progress, develop project plans, and manage cross-functional dependencies effectively.

Participate in process optimization, build supporting documentation, and provide client management support.

Ensure regular reporting of key performance indicators, track project progress, and support other projects as needed.

Required

5 or more years of applicable experience

High School Diploma or GED

In depth project management experience

Pharmacy analytics and/or Supply Chain software solutions for healthcare

Relationship management

Healthcare IT experience

Pharmacy purchasing and/or other pharmacy analysis software products

Project Management tools

Executive Communication

Bachelor’s Degree; PM designation

Master’s Degree; PharmD, or Pharmacy Technician

Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time

Be adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines

Attention to detail

Operate computer programs and software

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats

Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)

Making independent decisions

Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
