Responsibilities
Craft holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements for our app and web experiences.
Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process.
Define UX and UI requirements and work with teams to execute a consistent experience across systems.
Participate in usability studies and directly collect and react to user feedback. Design wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
Create and maintain product information architecture as well as any UI patterns for active, evolving design systems.
Work directly with engineering to deliver the final product, maintain accountability for design execution.
Create world-class experiences that stand apart from the competition.

Required
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years managing design systems.
Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
Experience with interaction design principles and tools (wireframes, personas, mental models, etc.)
Solid understanding of usability and heuristics.
Expert at properly leveraging responsive and adaptive designed UI’s effectively.
Possess a solid grasp of digital design best practices, principles, and current web and mobile technologies.
Experience working in teams that use Agile Methodologies
Knowledge and efficiency with UI design and prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Invision, Sketch and Adobe CC.
Strong references with an online portfolio of work, demonstrating samples of design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and screen designs.
B.S. in HCI, Interaction Design, Human Factors or equivalent experience.
