Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance business systems and procedures.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of business objectives.

Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Access and Mail merge to create reports, documents, and presentations.

Provide support and training to staff on new systems and processes.

Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including specifications, process maps, and user guides.

Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Access and Mail merge.

Experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or insurance is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.

Highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and competing priorities.

Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Flexibility and eagerness to pitch in and help out wherever there is a need.
