Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
Develop and implement strategies to connect with and convert new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Develop and implement a process for nurturing existing client relationships.
Identify opportunities for increasing referrals from existing clients.
Create and maintain a calendar of outreach activities including events, direct outreach, and other tools.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of outreach activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Develop and implement strategies for speaking at conferences, organizing webinars, and other thought leadership activities.
Find opportunities to showcase Integra’s expertise and capabilities.

Required
At least 1-3 years of sales/business development work
Known for tremendous work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication
Enjoy learning technology and related services and can translate that into value for prospects
Mission-minded, curious, insightful, and perceptive
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
Experience building clients in state and federal governments
Experience and training from a sales position at companies such as Dell, Oracle, Netsuite, or a similar technology firm
